These terms govern your use of TailorFork and any plans you purchase. By using our website or buying a plan, you agree to them.

1. The service

TailorFork provides personalized diet plans generated from information you supply (body metrics, goals, and food preferences). Plans are delivered as digital documents. An optional workout plan add-on may be offered separately.

2. Not medical advice

TailorFork provides general nutrition and lifestyle guidance only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. You should consult a physician before starting any diet or exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication. You use your plan at your own risk.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information so we can build a safe plan, and to disclose all allergies and intolerances. You are responsible for how you follow your plan. TailorFork is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you provide or from ignoring your own medical guidance.

4. Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown on the site in EUR and may change over time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider. Plans are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All plans, recipes, text, and designs provided by TailorFork are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailorFork's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
