TailorFork ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We follow the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of (a) your consent when you join the waitlist or submit the questionnaire, and (b) performance of a contract when you purchase a plan. Health-related data (such as allergies) is provided by you voluntarily and used solely to prepare your plan.
4. How we use it
To generate and deliver your personalized plan, to provide support, to process payments, and to send you service messages. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that make TailorFork work: our website host (Netlify), our payment processor, and our email provider. Each processes data on our behalf under their own data-protection terms. We may disclose data where required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and only as long as required afterward for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@tailorfork.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Our site is served over encrypted HTTPS. Payment information is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment provider. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
